Yoga for organisations
More and more organisations, companies, entrepreneurs offer yoga during lunch hours or after work. Sometimes only temporary, sometimes it's part of the health and wellbeing policy. Perhaps you would like to offer it to your collegues as a teambuilding activity. There are different possibilities.

For companies I prepare my classes custom fit. Depending on what you need I will differentiate my classes. People who work at a desk all day will benefit from different poses then people who are fysically active throughout the day. I can also combine different needs in one class.

- a try-out class: 60 euro
- a weekly class: 75 euro
